Apex Home Nursing Services, the trade name of Apex Personal Care, PLLC (a Nevada professional limited liability company), is a Nevada-licensed Personal Care Agency providing private-pay personal care in the Las Vegas area. Registered nursing services, where applicable, are provided by the registered-nurse owners under their own Nevada licenses, coordinated by, not provided by, the agency. Care services are delivered only under a separate, signed client service agreement, which controls the scope, terms, and cost of any care we provide.
2. The website is informational, and is not medical advice
The content on this website, including our guides and resources, is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical, nursing, legal, or financial advice, and it does not create a provider-patient or any other professional relationship. It is not a substitute for evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment by a qualified provider who knows your specific situation.

3. Private-pay services
Apex provides private-pay services. We do not bill Medicare, Medicaid, or private insurance for the personal care services described on this website. Any pricing shown on this website is provided for general information, may change, and is superseded by the terms of your signed client service agreement.
4. Your client agreement controls
Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to provide care or a binding commitment. If you become a client, the specific services, responsibilities, and costs will be set out in a separate written agreement signed by you (or your authorized representative) and Apex. In the event of any conflict between this website and your signed agreement, your signed agreement governs.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this website to: violate any law; infringe the rights of others; transmit harmful code; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data; scrape or harvest information; or interfere with the operation or security of the site.
6. Intellectual property

12. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to this website or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
