Apex provides premium private-pay personal care through Apex Personal Care, PLLC, a Nevada licensed personal care agency in Las Vegas. For clients who want an experienced nurse directly involved, the RN owners are available to provide private-duty RN support under their own Nevada RN licenses and a separate RN services agreement.
Most clients can have a caregiver in place within 72 hours of referral.

RN Owner Involvement
RN in-home evaluation, personalized support approach, caregiver documentation review, family education, medication list review, care recommendations within RN scope, coordination with existing providers when authorized, appointment support, discharge transition support, and chronic condition support. Provided separately by Halston or Kayla under their Nevada RN licenses and a separate RN services agreement — separately billed and separately documented.
