Post-Surgical Recovery Program

You chose the best surgeon. Do not leave the recovery to chance. Nurse assessment within 24 hours of coming home, incision monitoring for early signs of infection, pain and medication oversight, and safe mobility support that protects the surgical result.
Respite Care Program

Supplies, equipment, transportation, a confusing new diagnosis, a family disagreement about what comes next, a form nobody understands. Not everything on that list is a service we sell, and that is the point. Our job is to be the first call for all of it, handle what is ours, coordinate what is not, and make sure your family is never left to figure something out alone.

Private-duty RN support, when arranged, is provided directly by Halston Juracka, RN-BSN or Kayla Juracka, RN-BSN as individuals under their own Nevada RN licenses and a separate RN services agreement, separately arranged, billed, and documented. Membership pricing reflects combined starting points for personal care and separately rendered RN services, finalized in your personalized quote. Apex does not bill Medicare, Medicaid, or insurance.
